A warm and soothing energy flows from the practitioner’s hands to the client, allowing for relaxation and tension release. It alleviates problems of energy flow on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels. Compared to Touching the Light, Reiki is more gentle, and can be used for a specific purpose such as back pain, stress, sleeping difficulty, anxiety before an event (a trip) or anxiety due to an specific situation. Distance sessions: You will receive it at the comfort of your own home! Think about the main reason why you need the session (physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual). The day of the session we connect through Meets. The first minutes of the call, we discuss the reason why you need the session. Then there are 2 options: We can stay on the call until the end or hang up while Reiki is done and speak again at the end for feedback. In any case you lie down in your favorite place at home and the healing session starts, as you close your eyes and are open to receive. The session lasts about 45 minutes and we speak again at the end for feedback. Distance sessions: I am trained to provide distance-session and perceive your energy needs when you are close or far away. We are all made of energy and we are all connected, there is no separation between us as we think. Energy doesn't have space or time. Sometimes people report feeling even more powerful results in a distance healing session.
