Hello dear one, my name is Maria Carolina Pulido. I am an energy healer. I define energy healing as accessing the purest love there is in the universe and then sending it from heart to heart.

What guided me to create Equilibrium Energy Healing:
First the experience of being attuned as a Reiki Master in 2013, which made me feel one with everything and connected to the greatest joy of my life.
Second, an accident that made me experience chronic pain. It was a dark night of the soul during which energy healing was vital for inner peace, and experiencing significant progress each time. The journey back to equilibrium after the accident ignited a strong heart desire to help others heal.
Third, being trained as a Touching the Light Practitioner in 2016, taught me the honor of touching another person's soul and helped me recognize my deep negative beliefs and transform them. Touching the Light has healed me emotionally, mentally and physically. It got me out of beliefs such as: I am not whole, something is missing. Those thoughts had me stuck in a loop of not being well. I have also witnessed the shift in others over and over. It is such an honor to do this work.
The Goran Technique (7 Steps To Reprogramming Yourself) has taught me how to erase the old negative emotions trapped in the unconscious mind and see how life is changing, while one can get free from unconscious limitations.
And last but not least, Ayurvedic Medicine, Traditional Medicine from India has taught me so much about: self respect, how to connect to the most hidden feelings, how to process them, how to really listen to the body's messages & its intuition, all of this through daily habits, nutrition, exercise, meditation, yoga, and more.
