Ayurveda is the Traditional Medicine from India that has more than 5000 years of existence. It sees health in a more comprehensive way. It looks at how a person is digesting all life, emotionally, mentally, and physically. To do this, Ayurveda looks at the person as a whole, looking at the person's daily habits, nutrition, mental habits, emotional habits, and exercise routines. In this session you can specifically be interviewed so that your "Dosha" or Ayurvedic Body Constitution is determined. A whole body picture is required prior to the session as well as the height and weight. This session in given in 2 parts. 30 mins for the interview and another 30 mins later to show results.
